House System
The house system originated in UK as a way of dividing the "big school" into "small groups" of students. Following the tradition of house system in RGS and other top private schools in UK, BSSN is committed to help students develop positive values and competencies such as teamwork, loyalty, responsibility, leadership and a sense of community.
We set up four houses, which are Ching-Long, Xuan-Wu, Chi-Lin and Zhu-Trueh, and each house corresponds to green, purple, yellow and red. When a child enters our school, they are assigned to one of the houses, living and studying as part of the house, which breaks down age, gender and nationality restrictions. This is an important part of ensuring the effective implementation of the well-being care system, creating a home-like environment where students can enjoy each other's company in a friendly competitive environment.
