Mentoring System
The mentoring system, a special system established by BSSN based on the mentoring system of the RGS, combined with the school's philosophy and specifically for the development of students, plays an important role in the school's care system.

By focusing on the physical and mental health of the students and discovering the unique potential of the child, each mentor individually helps each child to become their best self. The mentor is the child's life coach at school and is also like a mother or father on campus. Mentors are required to guide children daily in emotional registration, observe students in all dimensions, try to discover their potential and problems, talk with them regularly, and give them adequate guidance and help in their studies and life.
